Dahua integrates intelligent technology and lean concept. Aiming at the direction of intelligent production process, integrated data management and control and extended service mode, Dahua has cooperated with Siemens to develop the distributed data acquisition system of intelligent manufacturing platform to realize the automatic acquisition of production process data. The collected data is automatically imported into the knowledge base module of the self-developed intelligent management system to realize the control of the collected data. The data mining algorithm is adopted to analyze, compare and optimize the existing process data in the knowledge base through the pre-defined data processing tools in the ERP system developed by the company. The intelligent process parameters solidified and summarized by Siemens program algorithm act on the intelligent slitter to realize the whole process from data to information, information to knowledge and knowledge to wisdom.
